Steve P Hatten CLU®, ChFC® Office ProfileSteve Hatten Believes in Looking Ahead . . . and Giving Back Steve Hatten, Managing Director of The Dobbs Financial Group, joined Northwestern Mutual in 1975, following in the footsteps of his father, who built a 45-year career with the company. Steve holds a B.S. in law from Vanderbilt University and received his law degree from the University of Virginia. His professional accreditations include Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), the highest level of studies in the life insurance profession, and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), the most extensive education for financial solutions professionals. Over the years, Steve Hatten has received numerous honors and awards, including earning a position in Northwestern Mutual’s annual Top 100. He is also a qualifying and life member of the Million Dollar Round Table. Since 1982, Steve Hatten has served as Managing Director of The Dobbs Financial Group. A quiet, energetic leader, Steve encourages the Financial Representatives of The Dobbs Financial Group to help clients make the choices that build a stable financial future. And Steve Hatten backs that encouragement with a solid program of training and personal attention to help new Financial Representatives gain the greatest opportunity to succeed.
