Community InvolvementMembers of The Dobbs Financial Group participate individually in a wide array of charitable organizations, and they also help support the community through group participation. Each year The Dobbs FInancial Group sponsors two families at Christmastime, supplying food, clothing, toys and gifts through donations from the group’s Financial Representatives. The Dobbs FInancial Group works with the Stella Fuller Settlement, a Huntington, Virginia, United Way organization, to serve the needy. Another Christmas charitable tradition benefits Big Brothers and Big Sisters. For more than 25 years, Financial Representatives and staff from The Huntington Group have volunteered at the Tri-State area chapter’s Christmas tree sale to raise funds. Several team members are involved in Hospice of Huntington and sponsor a yearly golf tournament. Funds raised have helped support the building of a local hospice house, scheduled to open this spring. |
